Surf to Summit Travel Co. is an Alberta-based, fully independent travel agency and a proud member of Ensemble Travel Group’s consortia. This gives our agents access to preferred supplier relationships, exclusive perks, and group benefits, all while maintaining complete independence in how you run your business. We focus on leisure travel; packages, tours, cruises, and custom trips, operate without air ticketing or a GDS, making this setup ideal for leisure-focused advisors.

This opportunity is perfect for experienced travel advisors who are comfortable managing bookings from start to finish. We value agents who prioritize client relationships and repeat business. If you want independence with support when needed, this could be a great fit.

Note: This is not a training role for new agents.

Commission Structure

Commission splits start at 80/20 and do not reset each year. Over time, agents can earn up to a maximum split of 95/5. Commission growth is based on commissions earned over time rather than quotas, which allows agents to grow at a steady pace.

Fees And Requirements

There are no startup costs to join. However, agents must carry their own Errors and Omissions insurance. In addition, we provide CRM access and a company email for a monthly fee of $50.
